The Wine Box Coravin Sparkling was created to meet a real need: the necessity to enjoy a sparkling wine for several days without it losing effervescence, freshness, and aromas. This is possible thanks to the surprising Coravin Sparkling technology, a tool that allows you to open a bubble, specifically from the Maison Delamotte, and reseal it with the appropriate closure, preserving its character intact. In the territory of the Côte des Blancs, a noble area of Champagne, since 1760 the sparkling reality of Delamotte has been dedicated to producing fine bubbles centered around Chardonnay. The founder of the estate was François Delamotte, who at the time was already the owner of some vineyards in Reims, and decided to invest in a new area of Champagne, giving rise to what is now one of the oldest Maisons in the region.
Included in the Wine Box Coravin Sparkling is a bottle of Champagne Brut Delamotte and a Coravin Sparkling Premium Set. At the base of Delamotte's Champagne Brut is a blend of classic champenoise grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. The grapes come from countless vineyards scattered throughout the Champagne region and are vinified separately through soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures. The vintage wine is then combined with a percentage of reserve wines before the secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Champenoise. Thus originates a fragrant and refined Champagne, never excessive and always pleasant, characterized by a commendable balance between creamy body and pronounced freshness.
