The Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is the most awarded spirit from this iconic Orkney distillery, deep and intensely fruity yet very smooth. Its richness comes from a high proportion of whiskies aged in European oak barrels previously used for Sherry. On the nose, it is opulent and indulgent, with dark and ripe fruit, cocoa tones, and a caramel sweetness wrapped in aromatic smoke. On the palate, it is full and velvety yet smooth, with great balance, and a warmth that unfolds into a sweet and spicy finish of long persistence.
