Vermouth 'Manuel' The Grape People - 75cl

The 'Manuel' Vermouth from The Grape People bears the signature of Clément Cantenys, who envisioned it together with the oldest distillery in the Basque Country, in the village of Amurrio. The heart is a local wine, left to interact with more than thirty herbs and spices until finding the meeting point between the sweet and bitter vein. In the glass, wormwood, clove, and cinnamon emerge, enlivened by cardamom and fennel. The sip intertwines smoothness and bitterness with a spicy rhythm, and calls to the table as much as to the cocktail. Perfect with ice and a slice of orange or alongside anchovy-based tapas, or Iberian ham.
