'Ventallegra' Scaramuzzo 2024

The Pallagrello Bianco 'Ventallegra' by Scaramuzzo comes from the Alto Casertano region and is made from a white grape variety with a royal past: it produced wines that were very much loved by the inhabitants of the court of Caserta. Produced in a small family estate, it ferments and matures exclusively in steel to preserve its aromatic vitality. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow peach and plum, with a hint of broom. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good persistence and a slightly bitter finish that extends the sip, perfect with a fried fish platter or a dish of spaghetti with clams.
