The Torrette di Crotta di Prado comes from vineyards of Petit Rouge that tell the story of the winery, with plants that in some cases exceed a century of life. The grapes, destemmed and vinified with a 10-day skin maceration, give rise to a ruby red with an aroma rich in floral notes. On the palate, it is warm and soft, supported by a pleasant freshness. A harmonious interpretation of the most widespread wine from Valle d'Aosta, perfect for pairing with first courses and the traditional casse-croute of Valle d'Aosta.
