Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosé Crotin 2023

The Pas Dosé Classic Method Sparkling Wine by Crotin is born in Cocconato, in the Asti Monferrato, from red grape varieties vinified in white and cultivated organically on calcareous soils. After refermentation in the bottle, it rests on the lees for two years before disgorgement without the addition of dosage. On the nose, it reveals tones of white fruit, a note of light sweet pastry, and a hint of dried fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and tense, with a creamy texture and a dry finish, featuring fine bubbles and a long persistence, ideal as an aperitif or with raw fish.
