Rum 'Pure Single Jamaican Pagos' Hampden Estate 2024

The Rum 'Pure Single Jamaican Pagos' Hampden Estate 2024 is the third edition of this Jamaican rum, a blend of sixteen casks. Born from a very long fermentation with indigenous yeasts and distilled in double-retort copper pot stills, it ages entirely in a tropical climate in five-hundred-liter barrels that held Sherry from Bodegas Fundador. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe exotic fruit and varnish, with dried fig, hazelnut, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is rich and powerful, of great intensity, with a sweetness of wood and a long, spicy finish, perfect alongside a cigar or dark chocolate.
