The Rum Blanc Pure Single Agricole 'PMG 41' from the Rhum Rhum distillery is an agricole born in Marie-Galante from the dream of Luca Gargano and Gianni Capovilla. The fresh, undiluted juice ferments slowly in steel and rests for up to a year before bottling. On the nose, it is a vegetal and tropical breath, with sugar cane prominent and a herbaceous and slightly fruity side. On the palate, it is vibrant yet of rare softness for its degree, with measured warmth and a long, fresh finish, perfect in a Ti' Punch with little sugar
