Rum Bianco 'Blanc Clos Godinot' Neisson

The White Rum 'Blanc Clos Godinot' by Neisson is an agricole rum that originates from Le Carbet, from volcanic soils on the northeast side of Martinique. The sugar canes are pressed in ancient steam mills and the juice ferments in open tanks with a yeast isolated from the canes of the cellar, before a slow distillation in the historic copper column from 1952. On the nose, it is a tropical breath of fresh cane and green underbrush, with a vegetal and fruity side. On the palate, it is intense and vibrant, with great complexity and enveloping warmth, with a long and mineral finish, perfect neat or in a Ti' Punch
