Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato Crotin 2023

The Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato by Crotin is a traditional wine from the Monferrato Astigiano, made from red grape varieties grown on red sands. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in cement, it expresses all its aromatic nature. On the nose, it is aromatic and floral, with a well-recognizable spicy character. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and well-balanced, with a finish of good persistence, perfect with a roast pork or a plate of tajarin with ragù.
