Rosé 'Sfià' Radiz Corte Sant'Alda - Camerani 2025

Molinara Rosato 'Sfià' is the result of a collaboration between Callmewine and Camerani, a Veneto-based winery in the Val di Mezzane that is committed to sustainable winemaking practices with a low environmental impact. This philosophy aligns with the principles of Radiz, our project dedicated to producing authentic wines through an approach based on low environmental impact, respect for the environment, and creative freedom in winemaking. The Molinara grapes come from vineyards located behind the winery, at an elevation of 350 meters on limestone soils, and are used to create a wine vinified in a 16-hl amphora through spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Visually, it is an intense pink color, with fruity hints of pomegranate and raspberry and delicate floral notes.
