'Memories of Summer' by Decugnano dei Barbi is born from the meeting of three grape varieties, Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, grown on the hills of Orvieto. The winemaking takes place entirely in steel, a choice that preserves the natural freshness of the grapes and results in a lean and immediate white. On the nose, delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus open up, accompanied by a slight floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, savory and smooth, with a clean and inviting finish. A versatile white, perfect as an aperitif and even more convincing when paired with a citrus and shrimp risotto.
