The Recioto della Valpolicella by Brigaldara is made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes cultivated in the family vineyards with Veronese pergola, in the heart of Valpolicella. The grapes, hand-picked, undergo a long drying process in the fruit room before fermentation conducted with indigenous yeasts, which naturally stops upon reaching the balance between alcohol and residual sugars. On the nose, it offers notes of red fruits, floral and citrus nuances with hints of aromatic herbs, while on the palate it is sweet, full, and persistent, supported by a pleasant freshness that accompanies a long finish. A wine for meditation, perfect paired with a berry tart.

On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, delicate floral hints, and light nuances of citrus and aromatic herbs emerge.
