From our sommeliers
The Costa d'Amalfi 'Brusara' by Ettore Sammarco originates in the subzone of Ravello from rare white grape varieties of the area, on volcanic soils overlooking the sea. Vinified with cold cryomaceration and soft pressing, it rests for several months in steel on fine lees. On the nose, it is youthful yet already ample: it reveals a fruity side of white-fleshed fruit, closed by floral tones of chamomile and broom. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good structure and balance, and a finish with mineral hints, ideal with a plate of spaghetti with clams or a mixed fried fish dish
