The Savigny-lès-Beaune 'Les Goudelettes' by Antonin Guyon is the product of a small plot of just over two hectares cultivated organically. The traditional winemaking begins with fermentation in open wooden vats, followed by a long aging in oak, mostly of second or third passage. On the nose, it is fine and multifaceted, with a red cherry fruit, a spicy and balsamic side, and an earthy touch of flint. On the palate, it is silky in texture, with very fine tannins and a vibrant freshness that leads to a long and elegant finish, ideal with roasted lamb or guinea fowl.
