The Pinot Noir from Jaffelin is a fresh and elegant Burgundy red. The winery is located in ancient cellars from the 12th century, in the heart of the historic center of Beaune, and is one of the smallest Maisons in the area. The winemaking involves fermentation in steel, followed by aging in the same material for 6 months. On the nose, it expresses aromas of crunchy small red fruits, delicate floral nuances, and slight spicy hints.
