The Pinot Grigio from Crotta di Prado is born among the hillside parcels of Jovençan, in Valle d'Aosta, where the north-facing vineyards are cultivated and harvested exclusively by hand. It presents an intense straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers clear aromas of pear and yellow peach, while on the palate it is dry, harmonious, and characterized by a pleasant warm note. An ideal mountain white as an aperitif, perfect also with fondue or with appetizers based on cheese or fish
