The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Decugnano dei Barbi is born in the olive groves of the estate in Orvieto, in Umbria, where the Barbi family combines their winemaking vocation with olive cultivation. The fruit of the pressing of Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoio gives rise to an oil with an elegant structure and brilliant appearance. On the nose, vegetal notes of green grass and sage emerge, along with a hint of fresh almond. On the palate, it stands out for a clear balance between bitterness and spiciness.
