The Napa Valley 'DB4' from Bryant Family Estate is a summa of the company's work, a blend created in honor of founder Don Bryant. It is produced with grapes from four historic parcels of the estate: Bryant, Madrona, Thorevilos, and Las Posadas. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, cultivated following principles akin to biodynamics, merge into a fresh and vibrant blend, aged for twenty-two months in mostly new French oak. The nose reveals red fruits and intriguing hints like rhubarb and mint, with notes of underbrush, graphite, and cocoa. On the palate, it is concentrated and elegant, with a balanced and smooth finish. The ideal pairing is with a beef roast
