The Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru by Marchand-Tawse is born from the meeting of three historic climates of the village, Millandes, Faconnières, and Charrières, gathered in a single blend and vinified together. On the nose, it opens with blackberry and dark plum, enriched by sweet spices and underbrush, while on the palate the tannin is compact yet smooth, with a savory and persistent finish. The result is a deep and articulated Pinot Noir, ideal with stuffed guinea fowl with black truffle
