The Morellino di Scansano "Heba" is a clear, dry, and fragrant wine that expresses the Maremma countryside with simple elegance. It vinifies in steel and ages in traditional concrete vessels, then expresses floral and fruity hints of cherry, rose, geranium, and violet. The sip is dry, soft, and very balanced.
