'Mon p'tit Pithon' Rouge Olivier Pithon 2025

The Red 'Mon p'tit Pithon' by Olivier Pithon is the most immediate and sociable red of the domaine of Calce, a ‘vin de soife’ designed to be shared among friends. Made from biodynamically grown red grapes on marl and schist, it results from a whole cluster co-fermentation of all the grape varieties, followed by a few months of rest in cement. On the nose, it plays with dark and juicy fruit, a citrus side, and an herbal vein. On the palate, it is light and smooth, with soft tannins and vibrant freshness that extends the sip, ideal with an escalivada of roasted vegetables or a pizza
