Lambrusco 'RossoViola' Saetti 2025

The Lambrusco “RossoViola” from Vigneto Saletti is a sparkling red wine, with a fresh and fruity profile, that perfectly expresses the great Emilian tradition of creating lively and easy-drinking wines. Its bouquet, characterized by scents of violet and aromas of berries, along with its soft and lively foam, offers a pleasantly convivial sip, smooth and harmonious. It is a Lambrusco produced using the ancient method of natural refermentation in the bottle followed by disgorgement, which perfectly represents the history and identity of the territory.

The “RossoViola” is made from pure Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce grapes. The vines are on average about 40 years old and are trained on trellises in hilly soils, managed under organic farming practices. After the manual harvest, the grapes are sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks at around 21°C, with skin maceration lasting five days and the use of only indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest. The refermentation occurs in the bottle, inside cellars that offer ideal humidity and temperature conditions. Once the aging period on the fine lees is completed, which lasts at least 6 months, disgorgement is carried out without the addition of sulfites.

The “RossoViola” wine from Cantina Vigneto Saetti is a Lambrusco that retains the taste of tradition, the honest and direct flavors of the reds from the Modenese territory. An expressive and balanced wine, sincere and immediate. In the glass, it presents a ruby red color with violet reflections. The foam is delicate, with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile opens with delicate scents of violet and aromas of berries. The sip is lively, smooth, and fresh, with a beautiful taste progression that extends towards juicy fruit notes and a finish that closes on savory sensations.
