The Jurançon Sec 'Cuvée Domaine' from Domaine de Souch originates in the southwest of France at the foot of the Pyrenees. The Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes grow on limestone soils rich in iron clay and ferment in used barriques, previously used for aging Sauternes. On the nose, it offers hints of citrus, white flowers, and mountain herbs, while on the palate, it stands out for its taut freshness, excellent minerality, and full structure. An ideal companion for butter-seared scallops
