Gin Dry Shangai Porcelain

The Dry Gin 'Shangai' by Porcelain originates in northern China, in a family distillery with a long history of spice production. Built on eighteen botanicals, mostly Chinese, it highlights Mongolian juniper, Sichuan pepper, and cardamom. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate, with an herbal and mentholated side and a citrus touch. On the palate, it is vegetal and spicy, with a pungent note and a bitter finish reminiscent of citrus peels, ideal in an exotic-toned gin and tonic
