The ‘Aux Agrumes’ Gin from the Distillerie de Monaco is the first gin ever distilled in the Principality, a tribute to Monaco's historical citrus vocation. Built on eleven botanicals, mostly fruits harvested from local citrus groves, it brings the sun of the Riviera into the glass. On the nose, it is a brilliant array, with intense orange and bergamot over a balsamic juniper base. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a lively texture and measured warmth that finishes clean and persistent, ideal in a citrus gin and tonic or in a Mediterranean-style Negroni.
