The Garnacha Red  "Vivo del Aire" from Torresano is a vibrant Spanish wine from the La Mancha area. Tomàs, the producer, is slowly building an artisanal winery to fulfill a dream of his: to dedicate himself to full-time sustainable viticulture. The nose reveals intense notes of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and plum, alongside hints of Mediterranean scrub and intense citrus aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, savory and leaves a pleasant sensation of roundness and fullness

The young Spanish winemaker Tomas Torresano introduces the Red Garnacha ‘Vivo del Aire’, an interpretation of Garnacha Tintorera with a rich olfactory profile of fruity notes and aromatic herbs. Tomas is an independent producer of artisanal wines operating in La Puebla de Almoradiel, in the wine region of Castile La Mancha, where the winemaker is committed to small parcel vinifications, working with the traditional varieties of the area according to a minimalist enological approach. From these premises, sincere expressions of the terroir are born, characterized by an engaging and never tiring drinkability.

The Red Garnacha ‘Vivo del Aire’ by Tomas Torresano is a 100% Garnacha Tintorera from a single plot distinguished by old vines cultivated according to regenerative viticulture, an agronomic vision that frames the vineyard as a complex ecosystem to which what cultivation takes must be returned. The plants are trained as bush vines at a height of 670 meters above sea level. The clusters, harvested entirely by hand, are fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the must thus obtained undergoing spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins. The subsequent maturation period always takes place in steel for a few months until the final bottling, carried out without any prior clarification or filtration and without acidity corrections.

To the eye, the Garnacha Red ‘Vivo del Aire’ by winemaker Tomas Torresano reveals an intense ruby red color. From the glass, aromas of plum, wild strawberry, and orange peel emerge, enriched by hints of Mediterranean herbs like rosemary. The taste development is fresh and savory, rather warm and full-bodied, with a soft tannic structure that leads to a fruity finish.
