Friulano Paraschos 2024

This White from Paraschos is a long-macerated white berry wine, as per the winery's style. A more accessible territorial version compared to the rest of the winery's range, it presents a more immediate and drinkable profile, but Paraschos's touch is unmistakable: round and full-bodied with a subtle tannic sensation, it has a profile of ripe fruit on the nose. Subtle yellow flowers and peach lead to typical almond sensations. Smooth yet intense, it can accompany meat-based first courses, such as traditional blecs with duck sauce.
