Vinified and aged solely in stainless steel, it focuses on freshness and purity of fruit. On the nose, it reveals tones of small red fruits and a floral note, enlivened by a spicy hint. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with lively tannins and a savory and persistent finish, perfect with a dish of agnolotti al plin or roast rabbit.
