The Franciacorta Saten by Bellavista is produced exclusively from white grapes of the same vintage, in this case, pure Chardonnay. Another particular characteristic of Saten is the bottle pressure, which must be below 5 bars. This results in a sparkling wine that is more silky, velvety, with a fine and less perceptible perlage. Coming from Chardonnay vines that have the best exposure, the grapes are selected.meticulously first in the vineyard and subsequently in the winery. The aging of the base wines takes place in small barrels of white oak, which are then assembled for the second fermentation. Extremely limited production, for a sparkling wine that since 1984, the first year of production, has been an emblem of sensuality and seduction.
