From our sommeliers
The White 'Cuvée Laïs' by Olivier Pithon is one of the cornerstone wines of the winery, a prestigious biodynamic reality of French Occitania. The indigenous white grapes see only wood in the full style of this area, between tanks and oak barrels, under a regime of minimal intervention. On the nose, ripe yellow fruit, slight hints of toasted dried fruit, and briny notes crown a complex profile. On the palate, it is round, substantial but not heavy, with a smooth and fully savory sip.
Colour:
Intense straw yellow
Scent:
Wide, with notes of peach and grapefruit, dry elderflower, subtle hints of hazelnut, and a salty finish
Taste:
Voluminous, round but lively with pronounced sapidity, pleasant bitter finish
