Coteaux Bourguignons Marchand-Tawse 2022

The Coteaux Bourguignons by Marchand-Tawse is a pure Gamay that originates from the valley floor between Vosne-Romanée and Flagey-Echézeaux. It is one of the youngest labels in the maison's catalog. Produced according to biodynamic principles, the wine is bottled without added sulfites. On the nose, crisp cherry and red currant emerge, with a hint of violet, while the palate is juicy and fresh, with light tannins and a crisp finish. Perfect with jambon persillé, the classic Burgundian appetizer made with ham and parsley in jelly.
