The Vézelay 'Come de Gros Mont' by Xavier Yverneau, here in the version aged in demi-muid, comes from a hillside monopoly of northern Burgundy. It rests in large oak barrels of five hundred liters that give great depth to the Chardonnay, which develops a more austere profile but is capable of delivering great emotions. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lemon and apple, with hawthorn and a touch of hazelnut that reveals the wine's maturity.
