From our sommeliers

The Chianti Classico by Buondonno is a traditional and very territorial wine, with an elegant and clear expression. It ages for 12 months in barrels and second-pass barriques and expresses itself with notes of fruit and spices, with hints of leather, tobacco, and wild violets. The taste is full, enveloping, and persistent.

cement, and maceration that lasts about 15-20 days. The liquid ages in barrique for about a year, and undergoes malolactic fermentation in the same containers. It rests in glass for at least 3 months and only a light filtration before being put on the market.

The Chianti Fiasco wine descends into the glass with its medium intensity ruby red color. On the nose, it alternates varietal notes of Sangiovese, such as citrus peel, violet, and saline hints, with spicier notes due to aging, such as tobacco, leather, and cinnamon. The harmony of perceptions is the prelude to a sip that rhythmically connects body and freshness, without forgetting the sapidity that the liquid possesses and that extends the persistence. A beautiful everyday and convivial wine, also given the format, providential on the everyday table.
