The Champagne Rosé Brut Grand Cru originates in Mailly-Champagne, one of the villages of the Montagne de Reims, where the Maison Mailly cultivates old Pinot Noir vines dedicated specifically to this cuvée. Obtained using the saignée method and aged sur lattes in traditional chalk cellars, it presents aromas of meringue and delicate floral notes, enriched by a bouquet of red fruits. On the palate, it is full and enveloping, with good freshness and depth. Ideal with a venison fillet with red cranberry berries
