Cabernet Sauvignon Rosato 'Con il Nastro Rosa' Alepa

The Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 'Con il Nastro Rosa' by Alepa is a small production from Alto Casertano, made from international grapes whose vines are nearly forty years old. Obtained from only free-run juice and spontaneous fermentation, it rests in steel without clarification or filtration, with very little sulfur. On the nose, it plays on tones of small red fruits and a typical herbaceous hint of the grape variety. On the palate, it is dry and well-bodied, supported by vibrant freshness and a savory finish of good persistence, perfect with eggplant parmesan or a baked pasta dish.
