Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Bryant Family Estate 2022
Key points
Rare winesFrom our sommeliers
The Cabernet Sauvignon from Bryant Family Estate is a luxurious and highly concentrated American red. It originates from a renowned and vocated area, the rocky Pritchard Hill, where the winery operates following a trajectory oriented towards organic and biodynamic principles, but without certification. The aging takes place in mostly new French oak and develops dense textures of cassis, black cherry, and black currant intertwined with fine hints of sage and tobacco. The sip is dense and very savory, a distinctive trait of this bottle, supported by fine tannins and a freshness that extends throughout the finish. To be tried with a fine cut of meat, such as an American Wagyu ribeye
