Bourgogne Rouge Xavier Yverneau 2023

The Irancy by Xavier Yverneau originates in northern Burgundy from Pinot Noir grapes of the lieu-dit Les Bégnaux. Resulting from a minimally interventionist process, with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur, it shows the fresh and sincere face of the denomination. On the nose, it reveals aromas of raspberry and currant, with violet and a hint of underbrush. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with a measured body and delicate tannins, with a savory finish, ideal with roasted poultry or a platter of cold cuts.
