Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests for 7/8 months in steel vats and a small part in wood before being bottled. It presents a pale straw yellow color, clear and bright. The bouquet recalls scents of white flowers, delicately fruity aromas, and white peach. On the palate, it unfolds harmoniously with a smooth sip and rich fruit. The finish is of good persistence with a lively freshness.
