Botanical Spirit 'Light Edition' Portofino - 50cl

The Botanical Spirit of Portofino is a distillate that comes from the same tradition as Portofino Dry Gin but reinterpreted in a marine and light key. The alcoholic base is intentionally lighter, infused with vacuum-distilled seaweed and water from the Mediterranean Sea, along with twenty-five botanicals from the Ligurian Riviera. On the nose, it reveals marine and savory notes, with lemon, thyme, and lavender. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and light, with a pronounced Mediterranean character and a salty finish, perfect over ice with tonic water or in a Spritz
