Amaretto Zero Non Alcoholic Adriatico

Amaretto Adriatico Zero is the non-alcoholic version of a new generation amaretto. The stars are almonds of the prized Filippo Cea variety from Puglia, accompanied by sugar and a pinch of Adriatic sea salt. Made from a distillate of toasted almonds and with less sugar than tradition, it retains the full taste of amaretto, but without alcohol. On the nose, it is indulgent and toasted, with a heart of almond, sweet caramel notes, and a iodized finish. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with restrained sweetness and a saline vein that refreshes the finish.
